SEM periodically invites applications for:

5. Student Support Staff

The recruitment drive is expected to create large-scale teaching and educational support opportunities for Graduate and Postgraduate candidates with B.Ed qualifications across multiple Indian states including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh.

Applications are expected to be invited for all major subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Computer Science, and Physical Education. Both freshers and experienced teaching candidates may apply.

As per preliminary information, the engagement will be on contract/outsourcing basis depending upon project requirements, institutional needs, and collaboration approvals. The recruitment process may include online registration, document verification, and interview-based screening.

The expected monthly remuneration for selected candidates is likely to range between ₹28,000 and ₹52,000 depending upon qualification, location, institution, and project category.

IOEMS has also clarified that the recruitment process will be conducted under a “Free Recruitment ” policy and candidates should apply only through official communication channels.

The organisation is expected to release detailed state-wise notifications and deployment information in the coming weeks.
